20 min- did some intervals. Two minutes walking (3.2-3.5 MPH) and one minutes running (5-6 MHP)

Grip
Wrist curls and bumper plate holds.
Pull-ups
Probably not smart doing pull-ups after grip work, but it was very challenging. Lats didn't get much out of it, but hands sure felt it.
