Not a bad day over all. I has hoping to do some singles on deadlift after the 585 but was short on time so I did the accessory work. Knee tendon felt good on the squats. Took some time to get warmed-up, but no problem once it was. I may skip plyos again tomorrow just to be sure...I'll decided after warming-up tomorrow.
