Treadmill

Stretched for a long time after this. Still battling the spasms a little. They are much better, but still don't want to push it yet. I'm going to try some light squats on Thursday (maybe) to see how it does. The more I do the looser it gets, but if I do too much I'm afraid it will lock up again.
