This was not a good workout, the axle just didn't feel good. I think the yoke on Saturday took more out of me then I realized. So I decided to go back and do it again after lunch...

missed 350...decided to just go for it and see what would happen. My grip was shot at this point and I couldn't get the clean.
The second time around felt much better.
