SPIDER TACK
I ran out of my normal tacky at the last show I did last summer so I needed some for the March contest. I decided to try a new kind called SPIDER TACK and I am glad I did. This stuff is crazy sticky. It is a lot thicker then what I am use to, but after playing with it for a while I got a good layer on. I grabbed my stone and it came right off the ground. The SPIDER TACK stuck and didn't slip at all. It was even a little cool in the garage that morning and no problem. Besides being the stickiest tacky I've ever used it was the easiest to clean up I've ever used. This was probably my favorite part. A little baby oil and it was off. No harsh chemical, no paint thinners, no WD40, no mineral spirits...just baby oil.

I am going to begin reducing the extra work I'm doing until after the Central GA Strongest Man in mid-March. I skipped jerk today and will probably cut out the Monday workout entirely next week. After this week I'll probably only lift on Tuesday (press medley and DeadLift...contest events), Thursday (pressing...just cause I need the work) and Sunday ( tire and atlas stones...contest events.
