Did some Deadlifting today. Nothing special but it was ugly. Weights felt a lot heavier then they should have for what I was lifting.

Doing Monday's log workout on Tuesday really hurt me today. I was feeling the incline in places I shouldn't and the log was feeling heavier then it should. Probably from doing the log only 48hrs prior. Stopped after only 2 sets to play it safe.

Caber Day
I planned on using my off day today to cut down a tree and make a caber. The problem was the tree section I made weighed 200+ instead of the 90-100 I was hoping for. I am going to try again soon.There are alot of trees that need to be clearedin our yard.
