Treadmill

Did some real light bicep isolation work after the treadmill time. Everything felt good. Now when I go to the doctor I'll be able to tell him what I was able to do and he should release me. I did make the mistake of getting on the scale. I'm down another 6-7 pounds, which brings the total loss close to 30.
