Pull-ups
This is the first time I have done these since my surgery. I have done some weight assisted pull-ups, but today was my first full body weight sets. I have lost a lot of strength. I knew that though because of how DeadLifting has been going. I got a few sets of 3 reps. No pain in the elbow which was good.
