10/2/2011 Water Park

Took my son to an indoor water park for his 9th birthday this weekend. Didn't do any official training, but probably climbed 70 flights of stairs going up the water slides. Legs will probably be a little sore tomorrow and as my training mentor "The Bowmanowski" would say...That has to count for something.
