Saw the Dr. and he cleared me to begin lifting upper body. I'm going to take it real slow and error on the side of caution for a while, but I am excited to be able to do something...anything upper body.

Did some real light bicep isolation work after the treadmill time. Everything felt good. Now when I go to the doctor I'll be able to tell him what I was able to do and he should release me. I did make the mistake of getting on the scale. I'm down another 6-7 pounds, which brings the total loss close to 30.
